XRAY X12 Side Springs. The side springs feature a straight design (compared to the previously-used conical springs) to improve side traction and handling. The straight springs have more consistent and smoother compression which results in smoother out-of-corner exit as well as helping to prevent traction rolling. Color-coded for quick & easy identification. Gold color. C=1.8 (medium). Set of 2.
Developed through extensive testing and racing experience. Stiffness is controlled by the thickness of the wire and the number of coils; softer springs have a lower “C” value, stiffer springs have a higher “C” value.
