AirFrame
The airframe is designed for easy assembly and minimal maintenance, making it perfect for pilots who prioritize flight time. It features full-size servo mounts (with options for mini servos), a highly visible pre-painted canopy, and a single-piece 7075 aluminum bearing block assembly for added rigidity. The cyclic servos are arranged in a 120-degree layout for optimal control, and the redesigned lower frame allows for an 8S battery setup. It also includes a WC tail, hidden tail servo, and built-in wire guides for better organization.
Swash Plate
The Nimbus 550 V2’s swash plate has been upgraded to eliminate unequal cyclic and collective differential, resulting in smoother and more balanced flight control. Longer outer swash plate balls improve the connection between the servos and the swash plate, enhancing responsiveness and maintaining a proven control ratio for precise and stable performance.
Servo Geometry
The servo setup has been enhanced with a 120-degree cyclic servo layout, which optimizes control geometry for better precision. Combined with the 7075 aluminum servo mount, this provides more accurate flight dynamics and ensures reliability under demanding conditions.
