The Split 3 Micro solves a classic FPV problem: getting great HD footage from a lightweight drone. It functions as your primary FPV camera, sending a low-latency (40ms) analog video feed to your goggles for a responsive flight experience. Simultaneously, it records crisp 1080p/60fps video directly to an onboard Micro SD card, giving you GoPro-like quality at a fraction of the weight and cost.

RunCam has packed the Split 3 with features to protect your precious footage. The anti-drop SD card protector helps prevent your card from ejecting in a crash. Power-off protection ensures your video file is saved correctly even if your battery gets disconnected unexpectedly. A new, stronger, flexible ribbon cable connects the camera and board, increasing durability where it’s needed most.

IMPORTANT: Power Requirements

The Split 3 Micro has a wide input voltage of 5-20V, however, it MUST be powered by a regulated source (BEC) from your flight controller or PDB. Do NOT power it directly from a 4S or 5S LiPo battery, as the voltage spikes during power-up can permanently damage the camera.
