The Leviathan’s ceramic surface delivers a smooth, even finish equivalent to 1000 to 1200 grit sandpaper, yet it cuts sharper and with far greater accuracy. Sprue gate removal, mold line cleanup, and surface truing become fast and controlled, making it especially effective for flattening or refining both flat and cylindrical surfaces. A Zirconia coating enhances hardness, anti-wear performance, and corrosion resistance, while also allowing the file to be rinsed clean using water. A nylon brush is included for clearing plastic dust from the surface, and the file comes neatly packaged in a protective storage case.
