The optional Brass Front Portal Knuckles for the Axial® AXP8 Gilamon weigh 69.5 grams each for a total of 139 grams and serve as a direct upgrade for the stock composite knuckles. Designed to lower the center of gravity, shift weight forward for better bias, and move mass outward for improved balance, they enhance stability and performance on challenging terrain.
About the Portal Knuckles
Center of Gravity
The lower center of gravity helps improve front weight bias and enhance balance by shifting weight outward toward the wheels. The optional 69.5 grams weights can be added for further help with tuning and weight bias.
