Chassis & Rear Axle
The main chassis features an aluminum battery tray, 7075-T6 aluminum front plate, heat-treated steel rear flex and pivot plates, and premium carbon fiber components, ensuring unmatched rigidity and weight optimization. This combination of materials provides a perfect balance of strength, durability, and lightweight performance for maximum control on the track. The rear axle tube is precision-machined from a single piece of aluminum, ensuring perfect bearing alignment and featuring an alignment mark for accurate rear track width measurements. The lightweight titanium rear axle includes a knurled end, securely pressing the right-side hub onto the axle for a durable bond.
Rear Suspension
The rear suspension system introduces an innovative multi-axis design with four adjustable pivots, allowing precise tuning of the roll center and roll axis independently of bump characteristics. Optional flex pivots and O-rings enable quick adjustments to enhance rough handling and boost forward traction. Integrated with a rotary damper rod seated in the battery tray, the system supports fine-tuning for various track conditions. Paired with 2.8-pound rear springs, this advanced setup delivers unparalleled control and adaptability.
Front Suspension
The front suspension utilizes a Pro Kingpin design with 5° heat-treated steel kingpins featuring an electroplate coating for durability. Internal grease grooves in the low-friction steering block bushings provide consistent damping, while the front carbon plate includes a 3-bolt keyed mounting system for secure, precise alignment. Standard front setup includes -3.0° steering blocks, 5.0-pound front springs, and a rigid carbon front plate to minimize flex. Pro Kingpin Adjusters allow quick preload tuning, while the custom servo saver with aluminum crank enables a compact, low-profile servo mount, optimizing weight distribution and control. This setup delivers superior responsiveness and reliability.
